Movement of the Day:
Knees to Elbows You can’t beat this as a core strength exercise. Don’t worry if you can’t get your knees all the way up to your elbows – do the best you can and you’ll get stronger and stronger. Combine with push ups and squats for a complete workout (10 reps each, for 4-5 rounds, no stopping). (Click here for additional workouts)
