Workout of the Day (WOD):
- Warm Up: 2 rounds – 20 Deadlift with PVC, 20 Box Jumps with Step Down, 20 Squat to Box
- Workout: Racked Dumbbell Squats
- Instructions: 5 sets of 5 racked dumbbell squats. Select moderate weight and increase from set to set as desired.
- Challenge: 5-10 minutes on your Goat
- OR Active Recovery (Rest Day): Breathing Walk or Roll and Stretch.
