Dish of the Day:
Simple Savory Lamb Stew The name says it all – it’s very simple and savory (so simple you can just throw all the ingredients into a Crockpot and walk away, and it will turn out perfect; okay, well, don’t forget to turn it on). If you don’t like lamb (or don’t have any available), no problem – this recipe works perfectly with beef or pork, as well.  (Click here for additional recipes)



Movement of the Day:
Dumbbell Squats Last week it was Dumbbell Presses; this week it’s Dumbbell Squats. The squat is one of the foundational movements we should all be doing every day. Adding weight to the equation increases the demand. Combine with Push Ups and Lunges, and you’ve got a great 12-15 minute workout: 10 repetitions of each exercise for 4-5 rounds, no stopping.  (Click here for additional workouts)
