- Instructions: Complete 5 sets of 5 seated presses, using one weight through all sets. Complete 5 sets of 5 medball push-ups per side.
- Challenge: 100 Jumping Lunges
- OR Active Recovery (Rest Day): Breathing Walk or Roll and Stretch.
