Paleo Breakfast Cereal

This is very delicious, nutritious, and filling. Eating regular cereal is so “old school” – grains cause many health problems including promoting weight gain and diabetes. This is the new cereal – get with the program, you’ll love it.

  • Organic apple, pear, berries or organic banana, chopped into small pieces
  • Raw walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds
  • Coconut manna
  • Organic raisins
  • Hemp seeds (no, not those kind), or hemp protein
  • Shredded coconut
  • Almond milk
  • Stir to mix
