The sad truth is that as a species, man has never been sicker than we are today. Despite more doctors, more hospitals, more drugs, more technological advances in diagnosis and ‘treatment’, we have never been sicker (calling it ‘health care’ is a misnomer – it’s really after-the-fact ‘sick care’).

Subsequent generations have always lived longer. That dire prognosis is the result of toxic and deficient lifestyles in the form of a diet style of being overfed but malnourished from packaged processed nutrient-poor foods filled with health-robbing chemicals and devoid of life-giving nutrients, combined with a sedentary and stress-filled lifestyle (and of course, exposure to environmental toxins and pollutants).
