The more of these healthy habits you successfully adopt, the greater the chance of you experiencing your health potential and reducing the odds of suffering from chronic disease – for you, your family, your coworkers, the planet.

FUEL Summary Checklist
- Drink adequate pure water
- Eat organic plant foods first
- Choose high quality protein (i.e. pastured not feed-lot meat, wild caught not farmed fish)
- Consume high-fiber, whole food carbohydrates
- Increase your healthy fat intake
- Taking your Bonfire Essential Supplements
- Taking 3 Deep Breaths before you eat to reset your state
- Maintain a net zero or net negative calorie/energy balance
- Be mindful of ‘why’ you’re eating, not just what you’re eating
- Choose to consume an abundance of Nutrient Dense Foods

- Practice Intermittent Fasting to allow your metabolism to rest and rejuvenate.
