Only Brandon Arakaki would do this and do them so perfectly … and do 100 of them (as part of the 100 Reps for 100 Days challenge to benefit the Mauli Ola Foundation (for cystic fibrosis).
A great warm-up exercise; done 100 times, definitely becomes a workout.
- Straight legs/arms throughout, hinge at the hips, maintain stable core.
- The first few seem simple enough…by 20 reps in, deltoids are cooking.
